RESPONSIBLE PERSON
They are the People to whom the Set of Tasks that Must be Performed and for Whom They Must Be Responsible for the Results Generated by Them and Their Subordinates are Assigned.
RESOURCES
They are all the elements that are required for the fulfillment of each of the Tasks by those responsible and without them the progress of the Project is stopped.
TIME
